A Thanksgiving Story

Beck came home the other day from school and had to share the Pilgrims' story of Thanksgiving.

Thanks to Windows 7 I can't use my video editing software. Bastardos! So no subtitles for those of you who don't speak Beckanese.

I'm not sure how historically accurate his retelling is, but I'm sure it's true that at some point the poor oppressed British did shout at the king, "No Way Hor-Hey!"

Happy Turkey day everyone!

He made way more sense than either the singer Beck or Glenn Beck. Get the kid a Senate post. Now. Seriously.

Cheers and have a great Thanksgiving!

Dammit, of all things, XP won't let me see that there's even video there.

Must be our firewall settings.

That is too funny ! Ahhh--just like Chewie talk--so I can translate--sorta.

I don't care (or know) what he said, but the HAT makes it! What a cutie pie. I love that kid. :)

Good grief, what a great laugh!! I think No Way, Hor-Hey just may need to be our new Thanksgiving Motto! "Did I eat too much?" NO Way, Hor-Hey! "Will you pass me more turkey?" NO Way, Hor-Hey--it's mine!

For the record, John thinks that's a pretty accurate retelling, to the best of his knowledge. Buildings, cars and trucks. What else is there?

Coffeypot - High Five! Consider it done.

Stuart - We're aiming straight for president.

Jenny - Thank you. He may have embellished a bit.

Elliot - Shame! Seriously, what's up?!

Janiece - Ha! You gotta put up a Chewie video soon.

Bev - I should have had him hold his matching "Indian bag" he made as well.

Lori - No Way HOR-hay is always my go-to response.

That's the way I remember it.

Love it. I love how "they built buildings and houses and cars" - those Puritan cars really sucked, though. No gas mileage to speak of, and no cup holders.

Nice job! Happy Turkey Day!

One could be on Findadate.com because they are tired of not having a date on TG. One could be a do gooder and planning a voluteer group for TG afternoon where they will serve the homeless.
