Thank goodness I had a fabulous weekend, because so far, this week sucks! And it's only 9:30am on Monday.
Saturday night we enjoyed a wonderful evening at La Bev's and let me tell you, she made a Chicken Tikki Masala that was out of this world! SO YUMMY. We stuffed ourselves silly until we could do nothing but lounge on the couch, bloated and happy, and watch the most mindless movie ever.
By Sunday, I
Thank you to my Mom and Tim, who treated me to a session of indoor skydiving. It was a blast! And best of all I didn't break my neck! Yay!
Well, that's all I got. I need to go and bail some more water. Jealous?

WOO HOO! You look awesome! So glad you didn't die or break anything. You rule!
Oh, and that's officially the most heinous picture of me ever, but I don't even care. Had a great time with you guys as always!
Are you wearing a single glove in those videos? Some sort of airy tribute to Michael Jackson, perhaps?
It keeps cracking me up that "not dying" has been one of the highlights of your adventure! It looks so fun, but then, I'm the girl who usually says "let's try that!" and ends up wet, muddy, and smiling. (don't ask)
M's 6th birthday party is at Jungle Quest this year. Zip lines! wooooot! This makes me think of that, for some reason... the harnesses?
Sorry about your laundry situation and flooded basement. Not fun.
Bev - Heinous? Nah! You always take fabulous pictures!!! Did I mention your Chicken Tikki Masala????
Frank - I was wondering who would notice first. I was going to moonwalk, but that'd just be showin' off.
MtnMama - wet, muddy, and smiling - That's me on any given day! Sadly, today I'd replace smiling with smelly.
I would love to do the indoor skydiving thing. I though once about going skydiving, but I banged my head against the wall until I passed out. When I woke up I didn’t remember anything bout it. So no skydiving for me.
Coffey - My Mom and husband are doing the real skydiving this year. There's no WAY I'd do it. If I even had a thought about jumping out a perfectly good plane, I'd take your advice and find the nearest wall.
I'd like to jump out of a perfectly good airplane some time. Maybe even with a parachute.
My fear of heights deals mainly with the fact that I feel like I'm going to jump, so my theory is that if I do actually jump one time, it'll get that out of my system.
Holy cow--your mom and husband are jumping out of a real (functional????) plane? Yikes!
Glad you had some fun in the middle of what seems to be The Calamativille Horror Show that has been your house and reactions to weather!
Frank - Yes, I certain that would get it out of your system... along with a few other things.
Lori - Yes, I'll remain on the ground, holding their insurance policies.
