We had a fabulous couple of days at the state fair; chocked full of deep-fried artery clogging goodness... and lots and lots of good ol' fashion country dirt.
So technically this is NaSeViMo ... but whatever...
No day at the state fair is complete without your kids being dragged through the dust by a team of steers. At least Courtney figured out to let go of the rope... Morgan, not so much.
Heh. C'mon you little dirt monkeys, let's go get some cotton candy!

I loves me some kids vs. farm animals shenigans. Kids riding sheep is a rodeo fave.
I always suspected that Frank was into riding sheep. ;)
Cool vid. Sorry we didn't join you for the fair on Monday, but my arse was making love with the couch and I hated to ruin the moment.
PS) Word verif: theater. Coool!
LOL Cute video..I would have let go too.
omg! I've never seen that "variation" on the tug o'war before! Sheltered life? At least it wasn't muddy... poor little dust bunnies.
Frank its called Mutton Bustin... or something like that depending on where you live...
Frank - Bev said it first!
Bev - No problemo. I don't ever recommend couchus interruptus
Harmony - Did you notice the kid going ass over tea kettle?... still never let go.
MtnMama - yes, sheltered indeed. You have to come visit us stat! Being dragged around by cows is just the beginning!
Courtney - I think regardless of where you live, Frank, it's illegal!
"I've been a baaaaaad baaaaad boy," he said sheepishly.
